At FLONATI, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there's anything you're not happy with, you can easily exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt.

⚙️ Our 3-step plan for returns

Step 1 – Register your return

Complete the returns form by clicking the link and contact us via the contact form . Please include your order number, the product, and the reason for return.
After receiving your notification, we will send you the return instructions by email.

Step 2 – Pack the product carefully

Place the product (if possible in the original packaging) together with the completed return form in a sturdy box.
The item may of course be tried on or viewed, but must be returned undamaged and complete.

Step 3 – Return the package

Send the package according to the instructions you receive by email.
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, you will receive it within Within 5 working days you will receive a confirmation and the purchase amount will be refunded to your account.

💡 Please note: Products that have been custom made or used cannot be returned.
