🕒 Delivery time & shipping

What is the delivery time of my order?
Delivery time is 7 to 14 days. We ship your order directly from our supplier, allowing us to keep our prices low and prevent waste. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link.

Why does delivery take a little longer?
Because we ship directly from our suppliers, delivery times may be slightly longer than with stores that have stock. This allows us to offer a wider selection, lower prices, and free shipping.

Are there shipping costs?
No, with us you NEVER pay shipping costs — shipping is always free, regardless of the size or value of your order.

How can I track my order?
After shipping, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code . It may take a few days for the tracking information to become visible.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Need to change or cancel something? Please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually arrange this at no extra cost. Once the package is in transit, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

My order is damaged or incomplete — what now?
We'll be happy to resolve this for you! Please send an email within 48 hours of receipt with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the product and packaging
  • a brief description of the problem

We will work as quickly as possible to find a replacement product or suitable solution.

Yes, you have a 14-day return period after receiving your order. You can return the product within this period, provided it 's undamaged and in its original packaging . Please contact us before returning anything—we'll help you with the return instructions.
